Sena Loyd is a strategic and mission-driven leader with extensive experience spanning nonprofit management, public policy advocacy, and community development. Currently at the Allendale, Hampton, Jasper Regional Library in Columbia, South Carolina, she guides organizational growth and innovation while fostering meaningful connections across communities, government partners, and stakeholders. She is passionate about advancing initiatives that create lasting impact—-whether through public service, transformative programs, or forward-looking technology adoption in areas like AI, blockchain, and Web3. She holds an MLIS from San Jose State University and a BA from the University of Nevada, Reno.
